After intensive development, the San Jose Earthquakes were ready to debut their redesigned brand to the world. As the centerpiece to the team's 40th anniversary event, we took over San Pedro Square's Sunwize building with a projected video revealing the new club crest, ultimately kicking off the Quakes renaissance. We also created three TV spots to continue the excitement from the event. I helped create the video in a number of roles including editing, rotoscoping, and motion design.

Avaya Stadium
Announcement Commercial
As a follow-up to the success of their rebrand, San Jose would find a dedicated home for their club in the newly constructed Avaya Stadium. The Quakes asked us to build energy toward another reveal—this time the opening of their new base. We created a commercial leveraging the brand's Impact Pattern to chronicle snippets of their storied history. The footage resolves in a quick tease of Avaya Stadium before signing off. I helped create the video in a number of roles including editing, rotoscoping, and motion design.

Video Logo Signoff
Anticipating the growing momentum of the Quakes' brand presence online, we saw an opportunity to help them put their unique fingerprint on all promotional videos moving forward. We created for them an animated video outro that flaunted the dynamism of their new logo and brand elements. I designed this graphic envisioning a force of nature setting the world in motion. To this day, all videos released by the team sign off using this animation.
